Jack: I’m home, honey. Where are you?

Jill: Here, in the kitchen.

Jack: What are you doing? Come here. We need to talk.

Jill: I’m chopping; wait, I’m coming.

Jack: Actually you know what? Never mind.

Jill: What? Tell me.

Jack: Nothing.

Jill: What is it?

Jack: It is something that I should not be telling you while you’ve a knife in your hand.

A Letter To My Daughter

Darling Daughter,

Today, you turn two. It is 4 am and seeing you sleeping carefree with half-open mouth, wide spread arms and teeny-tiny snores, I feel at peace.

Thankfully, probably the only worry you have today is ‘how do I convince mom to let me play in the sandpit for a little more’; I have, unfortunately, bigger things to be bothered about.

Grammar Gang

“Do you think you would make sense without Me? I don’t think so.” Noun said.

“And do you Think you would, without me?” Verb questioned.

“But I am what I am. I don’t need to use you.” Noun said.

“Well, I think you just Did.” Verb was prompt to respond.

“So what; You used me too. Hunh!” Noun shrugged.

“Stop it guys. You both are Boring frames on the wall without my Awesome company.” Adjective jumped into the word-war-one.
